We currently support payments through Whish App (Qaima Support) and Cash in Person. Once payment is confirmed, your restaurant will be activated immediately by the admin.

Yes. Just contact us and we'll stop the subscription. Monthly plans expire at the end of the current month, yearly plans at the end of the year.
Your public menu will go offline until you renew. Your data and settings are preserved — just renew to go live again.
